Very impressed with the service provided to our family and our fur baby Oscar. Hugh was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very caring. He certainly knows his stuff. We have seen a great change in our Maltese x Jack Russell pup and knowing that we can call up anytime if ever we need Hugh (at no extra charge as we paid a once off amount) is an added bonus. He has given us great confidence in ourselves to #speakdog and raise a loving and obedient fur baby. Highly recommend Hugh and his team.

Very impressed with this service. Hugh was punctual, professional and knowledgeable and suggested fantastic strategies to help address our concerns about our dog's behaviours. Receiving feedback during in-the-moment training has helped us to feel more confident and see positive change happening already.

Hugh has been amazing with our puppy. Its been wonderful to get the support in our home so we can target problems within the environment in which they are occurring as well as to receive the encouragement we need to keep going. We have already seen many improvements just after one session.

We needed help with our two much loved but untrained rescue dogs and Hugh was wonderful. So professional and knowledgeable. Hugh was able to identify what strategies were needed for us to gain control and for the dogs to feel safe. His communication skills are outstanding, making it easy for us to understand what we had to do and what the dogs needed to do. Can’t thank him enough for the changes we have already seen in just a few days. The training schedule he left for us is a good tool to keep us on track and a visual reminder of what’s important and the life time guarantee is great. If we need him, Hugh will return or give us advice over the phone, whatever we need. Thanks Hugh.

Heather + Hugh have been absolute life savers with our rescue Peppa. She is such a beautiful natured dog, but with us as her fourth home she came with a few issues. Heather came over to our house and we worked through a development plan in a consultation that she spent 3hrs with us on. We've already had so much success with her and although we still have a long way to go with her socialising - we are so happy with the results we've seen so far. Heather and Hugh work on this with us every fortnight at our group sessions, with their never ending support we are constantly seeing improvements. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone, well worth the money and you won't be disappointed! :)

No word to describe Hugh other than AWESOME! He has helped us look after our Lab/Collie cross since she was 16 weeks old and has expertly guided us through the puppy trials to the young adult tribulations of a 14 month old.Having a ‘working’ breed dog is not without its issues and knowing that Hugh is an SMS away with advice on the next stage of Pepper’s development has given us the confidence that we can deal with any problem that comes along.Hugh has been wonderful in involving the whole family, including our 12 year old twin boys, and without doubt we would highly recommend him for anyone looking for professional advice on their dog whether a young pup or an adult dog…whoever said ‘old dogs can’t learn new tricks’ had obviously not met Hugh!The Hall Family

Extremely happy with the help and guidance we recieved during our visit by Hugh the lesson was conducted with professionalism and humour. We would highly recommend if your having troubles with your fur child to give them a chance you won't regret getting in contact.

We have just had our first session with Hugh and already have noticed the benefits of his expertise. Hugh listened and addressed all our queries as well as upskilling us in training techniques. Our priority was to integrate our puppy with our elderly dog, stopping him from biting her ears and generally causing her grief. After Hugh’s visit, this is no longer an issue and both dogs are now happy in the same room. The training information is thorough and we were given a training schedule for our puppy, with goals on which to work. Hugh has an amazing manner and we are looking forward to future sessions and a well adjusted puppy. Thanks Hugh.
